With the 849 Nespresso Nicaragua ballpoint pen, Jean-Philippe Kalonji takes us on a journey to the heights of the coffee-growing lands. He sketches a scene inspired by the terroir and the origins of coffee. Line by line, the drawing becomes a story – that of a rich land, of hands harvesting, of a suspended moment in time. With his instinctive style, the artist guides you step by step to create your own sketch, structure the image, explore the nuances of the ballpoint pen, and add coffee shadows to bring depth and warmth to the composition.
